This process will reset the Microsoft Store Cache. We don't use the baselines so there was no option to enable this from there, did some digging and was able to enable the 'Run as Administrator' option via OMA-URI's. If no, create a user and log in to the eSight O&M plane or use an existing user to log in. This app has been blocked by your system administrator.
